Sentisum - Designing impactful campaign experiences


Sentisum is a customer experience analytics platform that helps enterprises uncover actionable insights from unstructured customer feedback at scale. Built for modern CX teams, Sentisum enables faster decisions, clearer visibility and measurable impact.Nitrous collaborated closely with the Sentisum team to design and execute creative assets that supported key marketing initiatives and events. The focus was on creating visually consistent, insight-led designs that amplified campaign messaging, strengthened brand recall and worked seamlessly across digital and on-ground channels.
Legacy VoC was a bold campaign aimed at challenging outdated approaches to Voice of Customer programs. The campaign needed to feel disruptive, opinionated and impossible to ignore.For this initiative, Nitrous designed a comprehensive suite of marketing collaterals, merchandise, guerrilla marketing assets and advertising creatives, spanning both digital and print. Every asset was crafted to reinforce the campaign narrative while standing out in crowded enterprise CX conversations.

Nitrous designed the Legacy VoC campaign identity, including the core “Legacy VoC” visual treatment and extended it across multiple digital platforms. Digital deliverables included:

Retention Voices was a flagship event focused on customer retention and experience leadership. For this event, Nitrous handled the end-to-end creative execution, from brand identity to campaign rollout. The scope included:
