What is the difference between a brand design and brand strategy? Do I need both?
The brand design comprises the visual identity representing your business. It includes your logo, brand colours, and typography. A brand strategy is how you plan to deploy the brand identity to enhance your business profile and meet your business goals.  
I want a website. Do I need to invest in a brand design and strategy?
Your website is a client-facing platform and requires your business to present its best face to all potential customers. The website is where your brand design establishes your identity by making a strong statement. Therefore, the website and brand design complement each other and are equally essential. If we design your website, the initial research will also help the brand design process.
Do I need just a logo or a complete brand design?
A logo is part of your brand identity. If you don't already have a logo, we could design a terrific one for you as part of the overall brand design creation. However, you are free to opt for just the logo without the entire branding package.
I already have a logo; can you create a brand identity around it?
If you already have a logo and want us to build a complete brand identity around it, we could do it.
What do you need from me to create a fresh brand identity?
We need to understand the core message you wish to convey through your brand and your target audience profile. Then, we need to understand the brand positioning of your competitors before we begin working on yours. And finally, we need to understand your personal preferences regarding colours, fonts, design choices, etc. It's all part of our onboarding process.
How do I know I will like the design you present?
Brand development is an extensive process of research involving multiple iterations of the framework, including colours, typography, and design; testing for compatibility with established design language standards; testing for visual access and acceptance; design execution. Our team will keep you informed at each step and your preferences noted. The brand design and identity evolve with your participation and approval at each stage.
What if I wish to change the logo or brand colours later?
It's best to avoid brand changes once it is made public. However, if you wish to change any aspect of the design, please contact us.
Is creating the brand design going to delay my website project?
No. We can blend the research for both to save time, and both can proceed concurrently.
I don't see any pricing plans on the website?
Each project is custom-designed to meet specific business requirements, and therefore, the pricing plans are kept flexible based on complexity, design, and time.
